The job was to prepare and paint the exterior of our home, a guest house, and a detached garage plus several landscape features. To make sure Todd’s idea of quality workmanship was the same as ours we initially hired his company to refinish only the garage.

We just had the exterior of our house painted by Melnick & Son's.  The owner, Todd Melnick, was very prompt in coming out and giving a quote, and he explained very thoroughly what they'd do, which involved using 2 coats, back-rolling after the first coat, and using high quality Sherwin-Williams paint.  Connor and Randy were the 2-man team who painted our home and they were impressive in how skilled, meticulous, friendly, and helpful they were!  Our house looks terrific, and perhaps even more importantly, it's very well sealed against the weather and should last us a good 15 years.  I don't readily give 5 stars for service, but they deserve it!  I understand that some painters cut a lot of corners (like one-coating, not back-rolling, or diluting the paint), but if you go with these guys, you can rest at ease that you'll be well taken care of!!
